matcha tea

Recipe: Matcha Energy Bites

Tea is an ancient drink that is known to have health-promoting properties. It has antioxidants which can help to reduce risks of many chronic diseases.

It is also often consumed with milk and sugar. Did you know that these common additions to a cup of fresh hot tea can counteract some of the healthful properties of the ancient drink?
