Hi, I’m Roberta
My name is Roberta Anglin and I am a certified Health and Life Coach. I graduated with a Bachelors in Communications with a French minor from Loyola University Chicago.
When I first graduated from Loyola University Chicago I was so excited to enter the working world and get my first “real job”. Once I started working in the “adult world” I suddenly noticed that I was constantly stressed, always lacking in energy, moody and snappy to my family and loved ones and let’s just say my lack of physical health was becoming more noticeable.
Instead of that beaming smile, radiant complexion, and creative spark I used to feel, I looked dull, lackluster, tired, moody and I felt like crap most of the time. How did this happen? This was definitely NOT the best life ever.
What is the Turning Point for You?
I knew something had to change. That’s when I discovered health coaching and what I learned changed everything. At first I was skeptical, like, that approach will never work for me. But then I followed through in a way I never have before.
Within the first month of my training, added weight began to disappear, I bounced energetically out of bed every morning, had more clarity and finally felt less stressed. Most important, I began to love my body. No more negative self-talk and I really developed a better relationship with my food. I started getting a lot of compliments and I was excited to share my story!
I was finally able to tell people about a system called The Total Transformation. Now it is my goal to help you connect the dots and show you EXACTLY how you can do this too, no matter how far off track you’ve fallen.
While at Loyola University Chicago I focused primarily on journalism. I had internships at WTTW’s Chicago Tonight and Time Out Chicago Magazine.
After graduation I worked a few jobs including my roles as a Lifestyle Production Coordinator at Friendship Village of Schaumburg and a Senior Video Production and Support Specialist at the education consulting and development company, 95 Percent Group.
When I discovered my passion for health coaching, I decided to get my dual health and life coach certification from the institution Health Coach Institute, CCE accredited from the International Coach Federation.
After hours of coaching practice and learning I was finally ready to take my skills and empower women everywhere to live their best lives!
