When you call into a health coaching session we always start by reflecting on what is going well currently in your life. It is a way to add energy and motivation to your journey at each step along the way. I then will coach you around any obstacles you may be facing and we work together to set up the conditions for your success! Each session you will learn something knew or expand on what you already know.
You will also be assigned action steps each week that are in alignment with your health goals while incorporating any new material you have learned.
